Do you have a call-out charge?
Yes we do - £45, but smaller jobs may not incur this charge.
Do you do last-minute cleaning for cleaning emergencies?
Since we are based in Dagenham, we only do cleaning emergencies for those who live locally (East London and part of Essex). If you’re not sure if this is you, then please do give us a call, and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you use scotchgard?
Yes we do! After removing stains, we believe it is important to protect against future stains.
Can you move my furniture for me?
We can move the furniture, as long as its not too heavy for the team!
Are you insured for commercial cleaning?
Yes we are!
What happens if we are not happy with the results of the clean?
No need to worry! In the very rare case that you are not happy, we will come back to do a re-clean :)
